Three primary skills are necessary to secure one of these positions, and begin experiencing fulfillment, recognition, growth and very robust commissions. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical experience in eyecare. The ideal candidate will be a very empathetic patient advocate whom provides a meaningful and authentic patient experience by establishing strong rapport and trust. The ideal candidate will be a strong seller whom has the savviness to navigate, educate, and assist the patient in making a life-changing decision regarding their eyes. The Patient Education Consultant is the heartbeat of the KEI Practice. This position drives the process of educating potential patients through the cataract and LASIK process. The ideal candidate will have some experience in direct to consumer sales.
