Responsibilities Support the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and instruction. Supervise children to ensure a safe, nurturing environment. Assist in preparing and organizing learning materials and activities. Reinforce lesson plans through small-group and one-on-one support. Communicate effectively with children, staff, and families. Maintain classroom cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards. Observe and report children's progress and behavior to the lead teacher. Assist with daily routines including meals, rest, and transitions.
