River Grove School District 85-5 River Grove School District 85.5 is seeking a paraprofessional to support classroom instruction. The paraprofessional will work closely with classroom teachers to provide instructional and social-emotional support and help students succeed.

Job Responsibilities may include:

Leading and supporting small-group instructional activities Providing social-emotional support to students Working one-on-one or shoulder-to-shoulder with students to reinforce learning Collaborating with classroom teachers to meet students' individual needs

Salary:

Starting at $21.00 per hour

Qualifications:

Minimum of 49 college semester hours OR successful completion of the WorkKeys Assessment Skills Test (offered at Triton College) Valid Paraprofessional License Ability to successfully perform the essential duties of the position Reasonable accommodations will be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions
