Duties Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates, address concerns, and promote family engagement Monitor child behavior using positive behavior management techniques to ensure a respectful and supportive atmosphere Maintain accurate documentation of child development milestones, attendance records Qualifications Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of young children!

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
