Job Description
Role:
Assistant Teacher Children's Land is seeking a compassionate Infant Assistant Teacher to join our family and team-oriented organization. At our beautiful facility, we provide a warm and welcoming developmental environment for children from infants to kindergartners, supported by thematic learning and fun activities. This role offers the rewarding opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team that values nurturing and growth in a supportive setting.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities that are thematic, engaging, and meet high-quality standards. Support the assessment of each child's development, tailoring the curriculum to meet diverse needs. Contribute to a warm and safe classroom atmosphere conducive to learning. Maintain open and empathetic communication with parents and guardians, offering regular updates on their children's progress and daily activities. Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and training workshops. Help manage classroom resources, ensuring all materials are readily available and well-maintained. Consistently monitor children to ensure their safety and well-being. Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a cohesive and effective learning environment.Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 2 years of experience in assisting with teaching children in a preschool or similar setting. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Familiarity with educational and safety regulations in childcare. Demonstrable understanding of diverse educational methods and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and nurturing. Physical ability to engage actively with children. A strong passion for early childhood education and a dedication to fostering developmental success.Benefits:
