Job Description
We are looking for reliable professionals who will: ✔ Respectfully support students with medical and hygiene needs, including toileting, feeding, and personal care ✔ Work with students one-on-one or in small groups on a variety of educational activities and exercises ✔ Assist in carrying out each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and support plans ✔ Supervise students during "unstructured" time, lunchtime, and outdoor time ✔ Collaborate with students, staff and families to support educational growth You're qualified if you have: ✔ High School Diploma or Equivalent ✔ Experience working with children or individuals with special needs ✔ Patience, empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism when supporting student personal care and academic growth ✔ Physical ability to lift, transfer, and monitor students during educational activities, personal care, and hygiene care
