Job Description
Community School Corporation of Eastern Hancock County High School Instructional Assistant Minimum of 29 hours per week Responsibilities/Requirements The ability to work with others in a team setting The patience to work with special education students with both academic and behavior challenges A desire to learn effective teaching practices and to implement those in small group instruction Excellent communication skills The desire to grow professionally and help Eastern Hancock High School be the best it can be Must maintain confidentiality about students, families and staff Maintain positive school culture The employee shall remain free of any alcohol or nonprescribed controlled substance abuse in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the corporation. Other duties as assigned Qualification Associates Degree or higher or the ability to take and pass the Praxis ParaPro Test.
