Job Description
Assist the teacher in implementing daily lessons, routines, and activities. Work with preschool-age children individually and in small groups. Support students in social, emotional, and developmental growth. Assist with some diaper changing and toileting as needed. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom. Follow the lead and direction of the teacher. Communicate positively with students, staff and families Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing needs.
