KidzPointe Academy is a faith-based early learning center with a warm, family feel and a fun, supportive atmosphere. We're passionate about helping children grow through curiosity, creativity, play, and love.
Job Summary:
KidzPointe Academy is seeking a caring and dependable Teacher to assist our teachers and help keep our center running smoothly. This role provides support in our preschool classroom, helping create a safe, joyful, and nurturing environment for every child.
Responsibilities:
Assistant teachers by helping prepare activities, materials, and classroom setups Assist with supervising children during playtime, snack, and rest periods Help maintain clean, organized, and safe learning spaces throughout the center Build positive, encouraging connections with children Communicate kindly and professionally with staff and families Step into classrooms as needed to provide assistance and ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
A genuine love for working with children and supporting early education Reliability, patience, and strong communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing daily needs Experience in childcare or a similar setting is a plus, but not required
