Full Job Description Program Assistant Salary:

$34,000 - $36,500 based upon experience Are you a great communicator with an eye for detail? The Villages Healthy Families Program Assistant is responsible for coordinating program-specific support efforts for departmental communications and activities for Healthy Families programs in Blackford, Delaware, Hamilton, Jay, Madison and Randolph Counties.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining and securing records Database management and support Referral management Supporting program quality assurance efforts Tracking deadlines for report submissions Completion of documentation required by programs File maintenance in accordance with State contract standards

Requirements:
