A Teacher Assistant assists classroom teachers by providing extra individual attention and instruction to students. Helps teachers with recordkeeping, preparation for lessons and activities and supervising students. May work with special education students, or work in a school library or computer lab; may be called teacher aide or paraprofessional.

Job Description

- 4's) Full-time Assistant 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM for Monday
- Friday . Infants Full-time Assistant 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for Monday

What You'll Do:
Create a Loving & Engaging Learning Environment- Build strong relationships with children, making each day exciting and educational. Keep Classrooms Organized & Safe
- Maintain a welcoming and clean space where children can learn and thrive. Collaborate with a Team that Cares
- Work closely with staff, parents, and church leadership to create a meaningful impact. Help Children Grow & Discover
- Implement age-appropriate activities, crafts, and music that make learning fun! Be a Team Player
- Step in where needed, whether covering breaks, helping with classroom activities, or assisting with special events.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Passionate About Kids- You love helping children learn, grow, and thrive! ✔ Experience in Early Childhood Education
- At least one year in an early childhood setting is preferred. ✔ Team-Oriented & Reliable
- You enjoy working with others and can step in where needed. ✔ Committed to Learning
- Willing to complete necessary training (Child Abuse Prevention, Safe Sleep, etc.). ✔ Physically Active
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Pay:
$13.00- $15.
