This role provides hands-on experience in cosmetology education while preparing trainees to become licensed instructors in the beauty industry. Paraprofessionals are considered paid trainees and must remain actively enrolled in the Instructor Training Program . Under the supervision of the Campus Director and instructional staff, paraprofessionals assist with teaching, student engagement, classroom management, and administrative tasks while developing the skills necessary to transition into a licensed educator role.
