Job Description

Geminus Corporation partners with community-based health care providers, social service organizations and early childhood education programs to help increase access to high-quality social health care for children and families across Northern Indiana. Geminus Corporation is a member of the Regional Care Group.

Position Purpose:

To plan, organize, coordinate and implement a comprehensive education program at the Site level that is developmentally appropriate and meets the individual needs of the children. This is a 10-Month Full Time position. Adhere to

HEAD START

performance standards, GEMINUS policies and procedures and

STATE MANDATES

regarding the reporting of child abuse and neglect.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

Academic:

Associate's Degree in Early Childhood/Development is required.

Experience:

Three years of classroom experience with preschoolers in a licensed child care center based program, or Head Start program, or public schools preferred. Spanish speaking preferred.

Pay Range:

$20.87 - $26.09 Hourly Geminus Head Start offers a competitive salary, and an outstanding comprehensive benefits package.
