Job Description
Paladin is seeking a Teacher Assistant for our Imagination Station program to support engaging, hands-on learning experiences. You will assist lead teachers with instruction, classroom management, and student supervision, helping prepare materials and guiding small-group activities. In this role, you'll foster a safe, inclusive, and creative environment while modeling positive behavior and curiosity. Responsibilities Support lead teachers in delivering daily lessons and hands-on learning activities. Assist with classroom management, student supervision, and behavior redirection. Prepare and organize learning materials, supplies, and activity stations. Provide one-on-one and small-group support to reinforce learning objectives. Help maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor student well-being and promptly report concerns to lead teachers. Support basic recordkeeping such as attendance and activity documentation. Communicate effectively with teachers and staff to coordinate daily plans. Follow Paladin and site policies, including safety and compliance procedures. Participate in training and development opportunities to build skills.
