Infant Lead and Assistant Teachers

Infant Lead Teacher Responsibilities:

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Lead daily classroom operations and maintain compliance with licensing requirements Build strong relationships with children and families Observe and support developmental milestones Plan age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities Mentor and collaborate with assistant teachers Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and documentation Communicate professionally with families regarding their child's day, growth, and development

Infant Assistant Teacher Responsibilities:

Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom operations Assist with feeding, diapering, naps, and daily care routines Engage infants through play, language development, and sensory experiences Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Support developmental goals and classroom activities

Qualifications Lead Teacher:

CDA, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent early childhood experience preferred Previous infant classroom experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for early childhood education and child development

Qualifications Assistant Teacher:
