Our classrooms provide a peaceful, engaging environment where children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Position Summary We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our Montessori lead teacher in creating a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to grow in Montessori education. Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation. Support children in developing independence, confidence, and practical life skills. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities. Help prepare learning materials and classroom displays. Communicate professionally with staff and families. Follow all school safety and licensing requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with young children preferred. Montessori experience or training is a plus but not required. Positive attitude, patience, and excellent communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a team. Must successfully complete required background checks. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
