Key Qualifications:
Experience working as a paraprofessional in a school or educational setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and students Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping young learners succeed High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in education or child development a plus Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Willingness to follow direction and take initiative where needed
Primary Responsibilities:
