Job responsibilities would entail assisting the certified teacher during instruction, working with small groups of students on assignments and interventions, classroom management, and the preparations for the day-to-day operation of the classroom. The Burlingame School District utilizes a positive and proactive behavior management system and strives to build healthy relationships with all students; hence. keen interpersonal skills are desired.
