Head Start Teacher Assistant in Concordia

EOE Essential Functions:

Teach children in the classroom, focusing on the development of the whole child. Partner with parents and work with the entire family. Demonstrate proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English. Ensure and maintain a safe environment Maintain regular attendance.

Educational Requirements:

An associate's or bachelor's degree in child development, early childhood education, or equivalent coursework, or meet the requirements the Head Start Act. Experience with preschool age children.

Preferred but not required:

Previous Head Start experience, community service experience, and home visit experience.
