Are you dependable, caring, and passionate about working with young children? We're looking for a reliable and responsible Assistant Teacher to support our lead teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment at our early childhood education center.
What You'll Do:
Assist lead teachers in the classroom with daily routines, activities, and supervision Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children Support children's learning through play, exploration, and structured activities Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Follow all health, safety, and center policies and procedures
What We're Looking For:
A dependable team player who is enthusiastic about working with young children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and take direction from lead teachers and supervisors Previous experience in a child care setting is a plus but not required Must be able to pass a background check and meet licensing requirements Why Join Us? Work Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Window for available shifts. Occasional evening or weekend hours for special events, staff meeting or trainings.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience.
