Little Building Blocks is seeking dependable, energetic high school students to join our team as Teacher's Aides . If you enjoy working with children, are interested in education or childcare, and want to gain valuable hands-on experience, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and routines. Supervise and engage children during centers, outdoor play, snack, and transitions. Read stories, play games, and help create a fun, nurturing environment. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Assist with end-of-day classroom cleaning and closing duties to prepare for the next day's activities. Work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional care for our children. What We're Looking For Must be at least 16 years old . Currently enrolled in high school. Dependable, responsible, and punctual. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Enjoys working with young children. Must be available to work Monday through Friday. Consistent attendance is essential to providing reliable care for our children. Applicants with limited after-school commitments are preferred , as regular availability throughout the school year is important for this position.
