Part-time positions with flexible scheduling Morning opening and afternoon closing shifts available Split-shift opportunities available No nights or weekends required Opportunities to grow within the program Supportive team environment Opportunities to gain experience in early childhood education Potential to advance into Lead or Co-Lead Teacher roles for those interested Responsibilities As an Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside the Lead Teacher and classroom team to: Support the daily routines, activities, and learning experiences in the classroom Help maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment Build positive, nurturing relationships with children Provide individualized attention and support to meet each child's needs Assist with transitions, meals, outdoor play, nap time, and other daily classroom routines Support children's social-emotional development using our Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) approach Communicate and collaborate professionally with classroom teachers and the administrative team Follow all center policies, health and safety procedures, and licensing requirements Participate in professional development and opportunities to continue growing in the field of early childhood education What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who are: Dependable, responsible, and willing to be part of a team Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about working with young children Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment Willing to learn and grow as an early childhood professional Able to communicate and work effectively with others Available for a consistent part-time schedule, including opening, closing, or split-shift availability Previous early childhood experience is a plus, but not required!
