Qualifications:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or in a school support role is highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents Patience, adaptability, and a compassionate approach to working with diverse student populations Ability to follow teacher plans and school policies High school diploma or equivalent; some college or paraprofessional certification is a plus Must be able to pass all background checks and meet school compliance requirements

Responsibilities:
