This role involves supporting classroom activities and fostering a safe and nurturing environment, Ideal candidates will have a passion for working with toddlers, a strong understanding of childhood development, and experience in childcare settings. The position offers an opportunity to contribute positively to children's growth and learning during their formative years. This position is for afternoons, Monday through Friday from 2:30-6:00 pm. Responsibilities Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment. Provide attentive care to toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and health regulations at all times. Engage children in play-based learning experiences that stimulate curiosity and creativity. Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Demonstrated ability to nurture, teach, and care for young children in a safe environment.
