We provide a loving and stimulating environment for infants from 2 weeks to 12 months. The Assistant Infant Teacher will support the Lead Teacher in daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of each child.

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote infant development. Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting infants. Maintain a clean and safe environment, following health and safety guidelines. Observe and document infant behavior and development, reporting any concerns to the Lead Teacher. Interact with infants through talking, singing, and playing, fostering their social and emotional growth. Support the Lead Teacher with classroom management and daily routines. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, sharing information about their child's day.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with infants preferred. Knowledge of infant development and care practices. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with infants. Must meet all state licensing requirements for childcare providers.
