TITLE:

Substitute

REPORTS TO

Principal

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports to the building principal (school secretary) upon arrival at the school building. Reviews with the principal or department head all plans and schedules to be followed during the day. Maintains as fully as possible the established routines and procedures of the school, classroom or area to which he is assigned. Follows all policies, rules and procedures to which regular classified employees are subject to. Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or superintendent.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of the position Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable. Satisfactory completion of State mandated health examination.

EVALUATION

Performance of this job will be evaluated by the principal.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Salary commensurate with the Russell Independent Schools Substitute Salary Schedule.
