For 40 years, MBS~ELC has served families in our parish community, providing a safe, loving, and faith‑filled environment where children can learn, grow, and discover their place in God's world. About Our Program MBS~ELC offers a full‑day early childhood program for children ages 1-4. Our center provides continuity of care, allowing students to remain with the same teachers and classmates throughout the school year. We maintain low child‑to‑teacher ratios and uphold high standards of safety, communication, and Catholic identity . Position Overview This position reports directly to the school administration and follows all directives given by the classroom teacher. The Teaching Assistant supports the Lead Teacher in creating a nurturing, structured, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. This role is essential in helping our youngest learners thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
