Helps teachers with recordkeeping, preparation for lessons and activities and supervising students. May work with special education students, or work in a school library or computer lab; may be called teacher aide or paraprofessional.

We're looking for people to join our team as instructors-in-training — no archery or axe throwing experience required. We'll teach you the bow (and axe) stuff. What we can't teach is charisma, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm — that part's on you. What you'll do Greet and welcome customers, making every visit feel personal Train to support and eventually lead our archery and axe throwing classes Learn the sport hands-on (a real interest in archery or axe throwing is a must) Answer phones, keep the space clean and organized during training downtime Already experienced? Let us know — we can fast-track your training (see "Good to Know") Who we want Warm, quick on your feet, and great with people — in person and on the phone Reliably on time, every time (the show doesn't wait) Detail-oriented and organized Caring; many of our youth are the shy type and don't realize how awesome they are.
