!! We are seeking passionate and dedicated Child Care Teachers, Assistant Teachers & Floaters to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This position involves educating young learners, implementing age-appropriate activities, and supporting their emotional and social development. You will work closely with children to promote their welfare and growth while ensuring compliance with daycare regulations.

Available Shifts:

6am to 3pm 6am to 9am 7am to 4pm 8am to 5pm 9am to 6pm 2pm to 6 pm 3pm to 6 pm Duties Lead teachers will develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. All applicants must be willing to work with ages 6 weeks to Preschool when needed All applicants must educate children in various subjects, including literacy education, through creative activities and hands-on learning experiences. All applicants must manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques. All applicants must create a safe and welcoming environment that encourages exploration and learning. Lead Teachers must observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents on progress and areas for improvement. All applicants must collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of each child in the daycare setting. All applicants must maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards. All Applicants must foster strong relationships with students, promoting trust and open communication. Requirements Lead Teachers must have a degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, or be willing to enroll in an ECE program upon hiring. All applicants must have experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is highly desirable. All applicants must have strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment. All applicants must have the ability to engage children in meaningful activities that promote their development. All applicants must have excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. All applicants must have a commitment to child welfare and the ability to advocate for children's needs. First Aid/CPR certification is preferred but not required at the time of hire.
