Desired Qualifications:

Associates Degree, ParaPro assessment score of at least 450, or 48 semester credit hours (district requirements are mandatory) Demonstrated classroom experience Strong understanding of IEPs and best practices supporting students with Autism or similar disabilities CPI training, de-escalation techniques, significant behavioral intervention experience, and CPR certification are preferred but not required Ability to work patiently and skillfully with students exhibiting complex behaviors Willingness to complete required district drug testing, fingerprinting, and background check
