Join us in Acton-Boxborough, MA, where you'll help elementary school-aged students build independence, confidence, and essential life skills in a structured and positive environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA support to elementary school-aged students Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Collect data and track student progress Collaborate with educators and clinical staff Create a supportive, respectful, and motivating learning environment

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience as an ABA paraprofessional / behavior technician Experience working with adolescents or in school-based settings preferred Reliable, professional, and compassionate Strong communication, teamwork skills, and toileting included Ability to commit to a consistent Monday-Friday schedule

Minimum Requirements:
