Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement lesson plans that support children's developmental needs Create and manage a safe, welcoming classroom environment Support and monitor children's growth through assessments and observation Maintain communication with families regarding progress and daily updates Support children with diverse needs, including those with special learning requirements Maintain valid First Aid and CPR certifications What We're Looking For EEC Certification required for Lead Teacher roles Assistant roles available with high school diploma or GED CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a background check A strong passion for working with young children and supporting their development About Us Growing Room is an education-based child care center where children are encouraged to explore, grow, and thrive.
