Aug 25, 2026 Job Description Kindergarten Instructional Assistant The Kindergarten Instructional Assistant supports the Kindergarten classroom teacher to maintain a positive learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist the teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities Help students with activities and assignments related to the curriculum, providing individual attention as needed Help in maintaining a safe learning environment for students following emergency procedures as necessary Support the teacher in managing classroom behavior, monitoring daily activities, and promoting positive social interactions Assist in the preparation of materials and resources for classroom activities Assist in the integration of varied technology in instruction
Requirements:
Appropriate Certification Preferred
Compensation:
In accordance with the Instructional Assistants' contract, red scale
