Job Description
Clinton Middle School is seeking an Instructional Assistant to work in classrooms supporting the needs of individual students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with middle school aged children supporting them with academics, behavior, and social emotional needs.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting the teacher with the day to day routine.
Supporting students with self regulation and academics and the daily routine
Maintaining a safe learning environment
Collaborate with others including staff in the room
Supporting preparation of the classroom
Maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment
Follow and support behavior plans as needed
Follow direction and supervision of a classroom teacher/administration
