Our teachers build meaningful relationships with children and families while creating experiences that encourage growth, exploration, and learning. Infant Teacher Assistant The Learning Experience - Franklin is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher Assistant to support our Infant classroom and help provide exceptional care for our youngest learners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with infants, building strong relationships with families, and supporting children's early developmental milestones through responsive caregiving and engaging interactions. Key Responsibilities Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Assist with daily infant care routines including feeding, diapering, bottle preparation, and nap schedules Build positive relationships with infants through attentive and responsive caregiving Support age-appropriate activities that encourage cognitive, social-emotional, language, and physical development Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment Observe and support children's developmental progress Communicate effectively with families and team members Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children preferred EEC Teacher Certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Patient, nurturing, and dependable personality Ability to lift, carry, and actively engage with young children throughout the day Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements What We Offer Competitive pay of $21-$23 per hour Supportive leadership team and collaborative work environment Paid training and professional development opportunities Career growth opportunities within The Learning Experience Employee childcare discount Opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a child's earliest years Apply Today Join The Learning Experience - Franklin and help create a loving, supportive environment where infants can grow, thrive, and reach important developmental milestones every day.
