In-Person Position Overview Seeking three dedicated Paraprofessionals to join their team for the remainder of the school year. These full-time positions offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students and teachers in a collaborative educational environment. Available Openings 1:1 Academic Support Paraprofessional (1 Position) Provide individualized support to a student requiring academic assistance. Student does not have behavioral challenges. Assist with classroom participation, organization, and educational goals. Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure student success. Classroom Support Paraprofessionals (2 Positions) Assist teachers within the classroom setting. Support instructional activities, classroom management, and student engagement. Help create a positive and productive learning environment. Collaborate with educators to meet the needs of all learners. Responsibilities Support students academically throughout the school day. Assist teachers with classroom activities and instructional support. Encourage student participation and independence. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and school personnel. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Qualifications Previous experience working with children or in educational settings preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff. Passion for helping students achieve success. Must meet all district onboarding and background screening requirements. Why Apply?
