Create a collaborative and nurturing environment for students to learn and take risks Assist with lesson planning & preparing materials for lessons Assist with classroom schedule and room arrangement Simple daily house cleaning duties in each classroom Maintain positive relationships with families, allowing classroom teacher to address concerns to parents Assist students in toileting/diapering Maintain confidentiality regarding all personal information regarding children, families and staff Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in education Facilitate group activities Other duties assigned by the building administration
