Desired Qualifications:

Prior paraprofessional, classroom, or behavioral support experience preferred Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff in supporting students individual needs Comfortable working with children in kindergarten through 8th grade Patient, reliable, and committed to creating a positive learning environment Relevant certifications, credentials, or willingness to obtain as required

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional and non-instructional activities Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as assigned Support students with behavioral, social, or academic challenges Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere Collaborate with educators and staff to promote student engagement This position features a 30-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, and compensation between $22-$26 per hour with weekly pay.
