Job Description

OneSchool Global is seeking a Student Support Leader to cover a maternity leave for our New England Campus (located in Millbury, MA)! This coverage can begin immediately nd run to approximately May 2026. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students and have experience working with students with Down Syndrome.
Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Student Support Leader to join our team at the New England Campus. This role is pivotal in shaping the educational experience for students with Down Syndrome across multiple schools and virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Guidance and Implementation:
Lead the implementation of supports and professional development for Student Support Assistants, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively support students.
Teaching and Support Direction:
Provide clear direction for teaching staff and support the achievement of IEP goals collaboratively with the Student Support Assistant.
Requirements:
Certified teacher Designation in special education Specialization and/or extensive experience working with students with Down Syndrome (Highly preferred) Strong understanding of the IEP process and documentation Experience in alternative curriculum development Experience teaching using virtual platforms Excellent leadership and communication skills • Salary The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $65,000, depending on the experience, skills and qualifications.
