We seek a passionate, faith-filled paraprofessional to join our team as a First Grade classroom assistant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills, along with the ability to motivate and support young students with diverse learning needs. The paraprofessional will assist the classroom teacher with daily instructional and classroom duties, work with students in small groups and one-on-one settings, reinforce lessons, prepare materials, supervise students, and support classroom routines and transitions. This position reports to the principal.
A genuine desire to work in a Catholic school and to support the Catholic faith and teachings of Christ is required. The ability to collaborate effectively with the classroom teacher, families, and colleagues is essential. This position reports to the principal.
