Job Description

Assistant Teacher Position Available Do you love being surrounded by young children, making every day fun and exciting, creating arts and crafts, laughing, singing, and building meaningful connections with families? If so, we would love to meet you! Come join our warm, culturally diverse team as an Assistant Teacher at our small childcare center. We are looking for someone energetic, caring, and passionate about working with children. No experience? No problem — we are happy to support and guide the right candidate toward becoming a certified Early Childhood Teacher!

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Energetic and enthusiastic personality Loving, patient, and caring attitude Strong teamwork skills Desire to learn new skills and grow professionally If you enjoy making a difference in children's lives while having fun every day, we would love for you to join our team! Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in planning and executing age-appropriate activities Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment conducive to learning and play Engage with children through nurturing interactions, fostering social-emotional development and positive behavior management Help with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions to promote consistency and comfort for infants and toddlers
