To Be Determined Job Description The TLC program is designed based on evidence based practices to support the individual needs of the students in the program. The key components of this program are to provide individualized instruction of socially significant academic and behavioral goals for each student in order to effectively access the environments that they are present in throughout the school day. Based on each student's personal needs, these environments vary in restrictiveness, from 1:1 and small group learning in a substantially separate setting, to generalizing learned skills while included with their same-age peers.
