Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards across core subjects: literacy, math, science, and social studies. Implement differentiated instruction strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Monitor student progress through assessments, standardized testing, and ongoing performance data analysis to tailor instruction effectively. Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques to create a safe and nurturing environment. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development, achievements, and areas for improvement through parent-teacher meetings and updates. Utilize learning technology tools to enrich classroom activities and foster independent learning skills. Engage in ongoing professional development related to curriculum, childhood development, or instructional philosophies to stay current in best practices. Qualifications 2-3 years of classroom experience in elementary school settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Demonstrated skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and curriculum implementation. Knowledge of educational technology tools and learning styles adaptability to meet diverse student needs. Excellent communication skills for effective parent-teacher collaboration and team engagement. Strong classroom management abilities combined with behavior management expertise. Ability to mentor students individually or in small groups through tutoring or targeted interventions. Understanding of educational compliance regulations and the importance of maintaining accurate student performance data.
