  • Reports to: Afterschool Program Director / Group Leader
Hours:
daily 3:00-6:00 PM, 2 Wednesdays per month 12-6PM
    Compensation:
    Compensation begins at $21/hour and may increase depending on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities
    • In charge of 13 students max
    • Support the safe supervision of children (Grades K-5) during afterschool hours.
    • Assist with transitions between activities (snack, outdoor play, crafts, homework, reading time).
    • Engage with children during activities (games, crafts, gym, story time).
    • Help with set-up and clean-up of materials and spaces.
    • Model positive behavior and help reinforce behavioral expectations set by the Group Leader.
    • Communicate daily updates or concerns to the Group Leader. Qualifications
    • Experience working with children (school, camp, daycare, or youth program).
    • Ability to follow routines and support structured activities.
    • Team-oriented, dependable, and enthusiastic.
    • CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
