The Paraprofessional will support classroom teachers in implementing instructional and developmental activities within an integrated preschool classroom. This role includes assisting with student learning, supporting personal care needs, and fostering social-emotional development under the direction of the classroom teacher. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and support toileting needs, including diapering and toilet training Experience working successfully with young children, preferably in a preschool setting Evidence of positive rapport with students, colleagues, and families Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPERSONAL QUALITIES
Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented Flexible, patient, and sensitive to diverse student needsRESPONSIBILITIES
