Aug 24, 2027 Job Description Blessed Sacrament School, a vibrant and faith-filled PreK-8 Catholic school community in Walpole, Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Aide or the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates for this position should meet the following qualifications:
  • Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate, activities and lessons.
  • Support classroom management by reinforcing routines, rules, and expectations with warmth and consistency.
  • Supervise children during classroom activities, arrival/dismissal, recess, snack, and rest times to ensure safety.
  • Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce academic concepts.
  • Prepare classroom materials, set up learning centers, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
  • Committed to the mission of Blessed Sacrament School and Catholic values.
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally with students, families, and staff; help welcome and orient new families.
  • Attend staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.
