Aug 24, 2027 Job Description Blessed Sacrament School, a vibrant and faith-filled PreK-8 Catholic school community in Walpole, Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Aide or the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates for this position should meet the following qualifications:

Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate, activities and lessons.
Support classroom management by reinforcing routines, rules, and expectations with warmth and consistency.
Supervise children during classroom activities, arrival/dismissal, recess, snack, and rest times to ensure safety.
Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce academic concepts.
Prepare classroom materials, set up learning centers, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.

Communicate respectfully and professionally with students, families, and staff; help welcome and orient new families.
