- Part-time, Full-time Job description: eBridge Montessori School is hiring a passionate and dedicated full time or part time Toddler/Preschool Assistant Teacher starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, organize and maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-prepared Montessori environment based on Montessori principles Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff, supervise children and ensure their safety at all times. Provide guidance and support for children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Participate in school events, engage in professional development, and meet all the requirements for EEC certification.Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred DEEC Certification is preferred, but not required. Ability to work both individually and in a team. Experience working in a preschool or childcare setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of early childhood education best practices, including classroom management skills. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A passion for educating young children and fostering their love for learning through creative play and structured activities. eBridge Montessori School offers an excellent working environment and a supportive school administrative team.
