Teacher Assistant (TA) - May Center School, Wilmington, MA Make a real difference in the lives of children and adolescents (ages 3-21) with Autism and developmental disabilities! As a Teacher Assistant, you'll provide direct classroom support, implement intervention strategies, and help students build critical skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Your Impact:
Support lead teachers in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Assist students with personal care and behavioral interventions. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Use ABA strategies to promote communication, social skills, and independence. Document student progress and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

High School Diploma or GED License:
Current valid U.S. driver's license
Availability:
Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-4 PM, some flexibility); year-round program
