Teacher Assistant

Teacher - After School Program Overview We are looking for a caring and responsible Teachers and Teacher Assistants to join our after-school program. This role is focused on creating a safe, fun, and structured environment where students can learn, grow, and build strong discipline habits.

1.30pm - 6pm , CAN

BE FLEXIBLE

What You'll Do Supervise and support students during after-school hours Help students with homework and basic learning activities Plan simple, engaging activities that keep students interested and active Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment Teach and reinforce discipline, responsibility, and good behavior Communicate with parents and staff about student progress or concerns Work as a team with other teachers and staff Cleaning Providing a snack for kids What We're Looking For Experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, coaching, etc.) Good communication and patience with students Ability to manage a group of students in a structured setting Reliable and responsible attitude Passion for helping kids grow and succeed Benefits Supportive and positive work environment and an opportunity to become a bus driver! Requirements Proven experience in teaching or classroom management is essential, but even if you do not have experience it is okay! Great communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students and colleagues. Experience working with students of varying ages and backgrounds is preferred.
