We are seeking a passionate Instructional Assistant who loves Jesus, delights in working with young children, and is committed to creating a nurturing, engaging learning environment where students can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Position Summary The Instructional Assistant supports teachers in creating a Christ-centered learning environment that promotes students' academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth. Serving in both preschool and elementary classrooms as needed, the Instructional Assistant works collaboratively with teachers to provide instructional support, supervise students, assist with classroom activities, and help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates a heart for children, flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to New Life Christian School's mission and values. Professional Qualities Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Maintain current infant/child CPR and first aid certification Prior job experience working with young children
